Event registration
Bioscientifica’s online registration system provides a comprehensive and easy-to-use delegate registration experience.
The registration process is designed to be completed online and is totally flexible, incorporating multiple registration types and collection of any amount of demographic or event attendance data relevant to the participants. The system can also manage additional items purchased at the point of registration including accommodation, optional tours, accompanying persons and social programme tickets. All areas of the registration form can be controlled and branded to meet the needs of the event and the client. Full reports are available at any point during the event management timeline ensuring complete analysis of the delegates.
Registration forms can be access controlled to allow only certain delegates to purchase a specific registration fee, for example. This can be used for a membership list or identified key contacts list etc. Speakers, VIPs, dignitaries, complimentary delegates and exhibitors can also be registered using this system either via a controlled access registration form or using a pre-approved ‘off-line’ registration form.
Upon completion of a registration, the system automatically emails joining instructions and any other specified information to the delegate for immediate confirmation.
Group Registration
The Bioscientifica event registration system also allows group registrations to be submitted by a single main user who can access the group booking details until a specified deadline and register an unlimited number of participants against one central ID and payment record.
Registration Payment Options
The Bioscientifica event registration system can accept multiple currency payments for events and can link to an online payment interface, typically WorldPay. Any alternative methods of payment can be managed using the system, including bank transfers and payments by credit card.
On-site registration management
Onsite at an event, the registration system can be used with a print-on-demand badging service to provide streamlined registration. Badges can include bar codes for access or lead retrieval scanning and can be tailored completely by the client.
