will organise all aspects of venue management, from initial
research and presentation of venue proposals, through to negotiation
of contracts and on-going venue liaison. We will ensure that
the venue selected is suited to your requirements and will co-ordinate
all the logistical arrangements regarding set-up of meeting
rooms, audio-visual requirements and catering requirements so
that, on the day, the meeting is seamless.
The social activities at a conference are also extremely
important, and we have a creative approach to all social activities,
whilst being careful of the budget. We have organised many
types of social events, from ghost tours and circus performers,
to fish and chip suppers, and the most resplendent gala dinner
accompanied by world-class opera.
