Please note the number of delegates is limited and it is strongly advised to register prior to the event.

Registration and Fees

All registration fees (except for spouses/guests) include admission to the scientific meeting, program and abstract book, all coffee breaks, lunches, Reception at the Mid-America Club, and the Gala Dinner at the Fairmont Chicago.

Registration fees with accommodation include accommodation at the Fairmont Chicago for three nights June 5 – June 7 (inclusive of continental breakfast except for spouses/guests) .

Registration will open at 3:00pm Tuesday June 5, 2007 and will be open throughout the meeting.

Meet the Professor Lunch Seminars

The eight Meet the Professor lunch seminars take place concurrently on Wednesday, June 6 between 12:15 and 1:45pm. Attendance is limited so please indicate your first and second choice of seminar. Lunch will be provided for Congress attendees at the seminars.

Payment

Payment can either be made by credit card on-line or by sending in the registration form in the preliminary program, with a check in US dollars (drawn on a US bank) or credit card details. Please make checks payable to The Pituitary Society and send to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat by April 4, 2007. Up to this date the total amount will be refunded less USD 50 for administrative expenses. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 4, 2007.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be given to all attendees upon registration in Chicago.
