Posters
Posters will be on display throughout the meeting and should be setup
from 3 pm to midnight
on Tuesday June 5th. Posters should be dismantled by 5:30 pm on
Thursday June 7th.
Instructions for poster presentations
Posters should be prepared
in advance, should strictly adhere to the submitted abstract
and
should be brought in person by the participants. The dimensions
of the poster boards are 8' wide and 4' high. Posters should be
legible from 3'. Therefore the title of your poster, which should
be the same as your abstract, should use letters at least 1” high.
The names of the author(s),
institutions, city, state (if relevant) and country should be clearly
indicated. It is advisable to
organize the posters into sections: introduction, methods, results
and conclusions. The use of
color is recommended. Materials for assembling posters will be
provided (push pins and velcro).
