The deadline for registration at the Advanced Registration rates has now passed

Delegates can register on-line or send the completed printable registration form by post or fax to the Congress Secretariat.

The welcome desk and registration will open at 6:00 pm on Sunday June 22.

Please note: The number of delegates is limited and it is strongly advised to register prior to the event.

Congress fees inclusive of accommodation

All of the registration fees below (except for spouses/guests) include three nights
accommodation at the Waldorf=Astoria from June 22 – June 24 inclusive of $20 breakfast vouchers for both days, admission to the scientific meeting, program and abstract books, all coffee breaks, lunches, Starlight Roof Cocktail Reception, and the New York City Gala Dinner.

*Spouses/guest registrations will include accommodation in a room with a kingsize bed with the person named on the registration form, admission to The Starlight Roof Cocktail Reception and The New York City Gala Dinner.
Spouses/guests will also receive $20 breakfast vouchers if registered to stay at the Waldorf=Astoria.
** The number of rooms for sharing are limited. Please register as soon as possible if you wish to share a room.
Two-bedded rooms have two double beds.

Registrations on-site will incur an additional surcharge of $100. Please note that on-site registration will not guarantee a room at the Waldorf=Astoria.

Payment instructions

Payment can either be made by credit card on-line or by sending in the registration form, with a check (drawn on a US bank) or with credit card details. Please make checks payable to The Pituitary Society and send to the Congress Secretariat

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat by April 25 2003. Up to this date the total amount will be refunded less $50 for administrative expenses. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 25 2003.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance will be given to all attendees upon registration in New York.
