The abstract deadline has now passed. Authors will be contacted at the beginning of April.

Abstracts accepted for the meeting will either be presented orally as part of
the ‘Hot Topics’ session or as a poster.

Poster presentations

Posters will be on display throughout the meeting and should be set-up by 8 am on June 23. Posters should be dismantled by 2 pm on June 24.

Instructions for poster presentations

Posters should be prepared in advance, should strictly adhere to the submitted abstract and should be brought in person by the participants. The dimensions of the poster boards are 8’ wide and 4’ high. Posters should be legible from 3’. Therefore the title of your poster, which should be the same as your abstract, should use letters at least 1" high. The names of the author(s), institutions, city, state (if relevant) and country should be clearly indicated. It is advisable to organise the posters into sections: introduction, methods, results and conclusions. The use of color is recommended. Materials for assembling posters will be provided (push pins and velcro).
